New remedies for remove canker sore now no need to worry

“Canker sore is one type of mouth ulcer which generally appears inside your mouth on inner side of lips or chins and sometimes on tongue also, for this so many household and medical treatment are present. It is not contagious and it is gone in a week by itself”.

 Canker sore is commonly seen in today’s world. It is common mouth ulcer which is in looks white or yellowish dot with red boundary. If you have this do not need to worry, if you capable of enduring pain cause by it you need no treatment, it will heal by itself in a week.

Magnesia milk: liquid magnesium hydroxide is called magnesia milk. Apply milk of magnesia directly on canker sores with a cotton swab or cloth, at least three times a day. It will reduce the pain and increase speed of recovery process. To make it more you can use Hydrogen Peroxide Solution before magnesia milk.

Hydrogen Peroxide Solution: take same amount of hydrogen peroxide and water, and then mix it properly. With help of a cotton swab repeatedly apply the mixture onto the canker sores with light hand. Be sure not to allow mixture to cross your throat. It will reduce the quantity of bacteria in the mouth.

Saltwater Solution and Sodium Bicarbonate: take one glass warm water and mix one teaspoon salt in it. Half teaspoon baking soda can be added to this solution. Swing this solution in your mouth for few seconds, then split it out. Now prepare a paste by adding baking soda with small amount of water until a proper thick mixture occurs. Apply this paste onto the canker sores, which will reduce pain. Repeat this process 3 to 4 times in a day.

   If anyone having so many canker sores at a time they should visit nearby doctor. Your doctor may give you Mouth rinses containing the steroid dexamethasone to reduce pain. doctor may give you Nutritional supplements in case you are lacking some important nutrients, such as iron, folic acid, vitamin B-6, B-12, zinc etc...
